Roller Coasters!
Ever since we moved to this area (a little over a year ago) and started driving by Dorney Park at least once a week, Wells has been very interested in the roller coasters. He assured me every time we passed the park that he likes roller coasters, and that he will not fall out because he will wear a seatbelt. With much anticipation, today we went to the park compliments of Safety Patrol Abbey, our cousin, through whom we were able to purchase tickets for this special day where the park was open only to safety patrols and their families. Thanks Abbey! Wells tried many rides, including the "kiddy" roller coaster. It was a "Level 3 - Moderate Thrill Ride!" I was hesitant to let him try since he's so little and since he doesn't have much ride experience under his belt. I made him try some Level 1 and 2 rides for warm up, but ultimately, it was the roller coaster he wanted to ride. He rode it twice- once with Grandma, and once with me. Both times he got off requesting to go again. His other favorite part of the day was the diggers. They were very difficult to maneuver, but Wells found a way despite his size. It was a fun, but very chilly day...Maddox was the only one who stayed snuggly warm!
