Since Wells graduated from preschool on May 28th, he's had a friend's birthday every weekend! First was the zoo party, where he got to touch a skink, a snake and a rabbit. Notice the mohawk. He also wore cologne.
The following weekend, both kids were invited to a Bounce U party. It's always fun at Bounce U, and we were lucky enough to have Grandma join in the fun. There was nothing Wells did that Maddox did not also do. Maddox was intent on getting into the boxing ring and waited a very long time for a turn. Once Grandma helped him to get all his gear on, he told her to go away.
Next up was the birthday party at Parkettes Gymnastics. They had a great rope swing over a foam pit. Not surprisingly, both kids took their three swings and then dropped into the pit without hesitation. (the clip of Maddox's swing was too large to include here)
Finally, Wells's buddy Noah's birthday was this past weekend. They've been friends since their gym class together when they were two.
